报告期内,公司在咨询服务化、服务模块化、模块平台化、平台 SaaS 化的“四化”指导下,对内持续投资升级以大数据和人工智能技术为基础的数据中台、技术中台建设,升级“CTS”内部业务管理系统,在简历解析、筛选、人岗匹配等环节提高效率,新增在线多人面试等功能对内赋能公司招聘顾问与服务中台,优化工作流程、提高工作效率;公司进一步打通内部系统与各类垂直招聘平台数据,结合人力资源产业互联平台持续获取和积累客户和候选人资源;通过 HR SaaS 技术链接招聘管理、入职管理、考勤管理、薪税管理、福利管理等模块化、颗粒化服务产品,满足客户企业人力资源管理部门多变的多场景需求。
